Matrix East, PLLC is a full service surveying company licensed in and
serving all of North Carolina. Our portfolio consists of a variety of large,
mid-size and small projects throughout the State to include:
- Topographic surveys and construction staking for stream site repair projects. We work with private mitigation companies to provide pre-engineering data for design and implementation.
- Commercial construction staking for industry and residential development.
- Subdivision design and layout.
- Cadastral surveys for all size boundaries.
- Surveys for court related cases and expert testimony.
- Environmentally sensitive surveys and surveys involving riparian and littoraly boundary law.
With combined licensed experience of more than 16 years and company wide experience of more than 80 years, Matrix East, PLLC is committed to providing our clientele with impeccable and detailed customer service along with what we believe is the best product offered in our industry. We strive to keep honesty and practicality at the forefront of all we do.
Our competitive edge comes from our experienced approach in getting the product to you, the client. Too much information often translates into wasted time and money spent on a project. Inversely, too little information can slow things down and cause even more trouble. Initially understanding what the client is trying to achieve while communicating with the client throughout the project alleviates a large majority of issues on any project.
We are a Professional Limited Liability Company currently operating three (3) full-time crews. We are owned and managed by John C. Nix, PLS and Christopher K. Paderick, PLS.
